STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The website www.secureplus.it is owned by Bulwee srls, with legal and operational office in via Ludovico Aristo 123, 20099 Sesto San Giovanni (MI) -  ITALY.

Through the Site can only be made by adults. Sales made through the Site are governed by Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 (distance contracts), by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce, in the internal market ) and by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code) and for all that is not provided therein, by Legislative Decree 31 March 1998, no. 114.

By using the Site, Client will be able to make purchases through a standardized electronic procedure regulated by these General Conditions of Sale in accordance with the law. By making a purchase through the Site, the Client acknowledges having read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and accepting them

Please note that in case of non-acceptance of these general conditions of sale it will not be possible to make any purchase on the Site. The General Conditions of Sale will always be available from the Home Page of the Site and will be freely consulted by any Client, regardless of Registration and Login as a registered Client. 

Product details

Each product offered for sale through the Site is accompanied by a technical description and if available technical data sheet that Bulwee fills in with all the useful data to identify and describe the product itself and its main characteristics.

Price On the Site the prices are expressed in Euro currency (Eur - €). The price indicated in the product sheet includes the applicable VAT. Shipping cost is based on product, if separate or included.

How to purchase through the Site. Once the client found his products of interest have been added to the "Cart", will use the "Proceed to Checkout" command to complete the purchase and payment procedure for the products. After pressing the "Proceed to Checkout" button, the summary of the order you intend to make will be displayed to allow confirmation of the data. The summary contains:

  • The identification data of the product that the buyer intends to purchase, including quantity and price.
  • Methods of payment The Buyer is required to verify that all the data reported are correct and that the data provided at the time of purchase are complete and still current at the time of the order, any errors or gaps could make it impossible to complete the transaction and receive the desired product.
  • Having verified the correctness of the Summary data and having read the conditions of sale by expressing their acceptance with the appropriate "check" command, the Buyer can move on to the next phase using the "Confirm and pay" button.
  • Failure to check acceptance of the conditions of sale will prevent the procedure from continuing.

Payment of the order

To facilitate the payment operations of the order, Bulwee srls provides the following payment methods: via PayPal account and Credit Card. The Buyer can choose the preferred payment method

  • PayPal: the buyer will be automatically redirected to the secure payment page of the website www.paypal.com and make the payment through their PayPal account.
  • Credit Card: the buyer will still be redirected to the payment gateway site to make the payment by credit card (it is not necessary to have a PayPal account)

Shipping and Transportation

The shipment of the products purchased on the website www.secureplus.it is carried out by respective express courier with delivery traceable by the buyer. Shipping cost is based on product, if separate or included.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The Buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must proceed in the following ways. Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer consumer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of the products by the Buyer.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the term, a written communication to the Bulwee Srls, which issued the tax document relating to the purchase of the Product. The communication can be sent, within the same term, by registered letter, e-mail to the e-mail address sales@bulwee.com ; Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, a confirmation notice will be sent to the buyer, in which the terms and methods for subsequent operations (return and refund) will be indicated.

Product returns and refunds

The Buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal will not be able to return the product until he is given an indication with the aforementioned Confirmation Communication, in which the methods and terms for the return will be specified. if there has been the delivery of the goods, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must then be returned intact, accompanied by all accessories, seals, labels, and documents and with their original packaging.

The products must be returned directly to Bulwee Srls, by sending them with a traceable package to its address, within the deadline indicated in the confirmation communication sent by the latter. Please note that the returned goods travel under the responsibility of the Buyer until the moment of delivery to Bulwee Srls.

The return deadline is considered respected only if, within this deadline, the product to be returned will arrive at the headquarters of Bulwee Srls any returns to addresses or subjects other than those indicated in your confirmation communication will not be counted for the purpose of verifying the timeliness of the return and could result in the forfeiture of the right to exercise the withdrawal.

If the Buyer does not respect the deadline or the methods for returning the product indicated in the Confirmation sent by Bulwee srls, he will lose the right to exercise the withdrawal and no refund will be due to him. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Buyer in accordance with the above provisions, Bulwee srls is required to reimburse the sums paid by the Buyer, who will only be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

The refund will be made free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within thirty days from the date on which Bulwee srls became aware of the Buyer's right of withdrawal. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank details indicated by the Buyer.

Applicable Law and Disputes

Transactions through the Site are governed by these General Conditions of Sale and, although not established, by Italian law, which must also be taken as a parameter for the interpretation of the conditions themselves. In accordance with Article 63 of the Consumer Code, for civil disputes relating to consumer purchases through the Site, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer: for civil disputes relating to purchases from part of non-consumers, territorial jurisdiction will be governed by the general provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
